        煤炭微礦分離技術(shù)可用于生產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)保的清潔固體燃料/原料(CSF)或具有類液體性質(zhì)的超凈高能燃料/原料(RevFuel?,鍋爐窯爐燃料、煤化工原料)和油煤漿/醇煤漿(發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃料),將深刻影響電力、分布式能源、熱力、陸運(yùn)、船運(yùn)、化工、軍事裝備等行業(yè)



(一)CSF可制備超凈高能燃料
       CSF可廣泛應(yīng)用于電站鍋爐、工業(yè)鍋爐和工業(yè)窯爐代油、代氣、代煤燃燒,以及賓館、住宅、酒店、辦公樓等各種建筑物供暖、供冷和生活熱水,是潔凈煤技術(shù)的重要組成部分。
(二)CSF可制備超凈高能化工原料
      CSF可用于煤化工行業(yè)如合成氨、甲醇、二甲醚等,還可用于煤的直接與間接液化、以煤氣化為基礎(chǔ)的多聯(lián)產(chǎn)等領(lǐng)域,并可大大降低煤氣化聯(lián)合循環(huán)(IGCC)的投資和運(yùn)營成本,為這一技術(shù)的商業(yè)化應(yīng)用開辟了新的途徑。煤氣化作為潔凈煤技術(shù)的重要組成部分具有龍頭地位,它將廉價(jià)的煤炭轉(zhuǎn)化成為清潔合成氣,增強(qiáng)煤化工產(chǎn)品面對(duì)石油化工產(chǎn)品競爭的成本領(lǐng)先地位。
(三)CSF可制成燃料添加劑
       CSF可用于提高汽柴油、煤油、燃料油、醇醚、天然氣等各種高性價(jià)比燃料的熱值和能量密度。廣泛用于航運(yùn)、海運(yùn)、陸運(yùn)、電力、熱力、軍事裝備等行業(yè)提高燃燒效率、續(xù)航能力和設(shè)備動(dòng)力
(四)SRM可制成土壤改良劑
       SRM未經(jīng)表土污染、來源廣泛、成本低廉,并富含植物/農(nóng)作物生長所需的營養(yǎng)微量元素,可作為關(guān)鍵原料制成新型肥料及土壤改良劑,主要優(yōu)勢包括:

  • SRM與各種現(xiàn)有肥料結(jié)合,經(jīng)表面處理及化學(xué)合成可制成性能明顯改進(jìn)、成本顯著降低的緩釋肥、復(fù)合肥、有機(jī)肥、天然礦物肥等新型肥料

  •   SRM經(jīng)活化處理可顯著改良土壤結(jié)構(gòu)、恢復(fù)土壤健康程度,實(shí)現(xiàn)植物/農(nóng)作物生長過程的有效調(diào)控,進(jìn)而提高其產(chǎn)量與品質(zhì)

RMS Technology can be used to produce economical and environmentally-friendly RevFuel (boiler and kiln fuel, coal chemical feedstock) and oil coal slurry/alcoholic coal slurry (engine fuel), which will profoundly affect electricity, distributed energy, thermal force, land transport, shipping, chemical, mil equipment and other industries.

(I) CSF can be used to prepare clean fuels for civilian use
CSF can be widely used in power station boilers, industrial boilers and industrial furnaces to replace oil, gas and coal, as well as heating, cooling and domestic hot water of various buildings such as guesthouses, houses, hotels and office buildings. It is an important part of clean coal technology.

(II) CSF can be used to prepare feedstocks for chemical use
CSF can be used in coal chemical industry such as ammonia, methanol, dimethyl ether, etc. It can also be used in direct and indirect coal liquefaction, polygeneration based on coal gasification and so on, and can greatly reduce the investment and operation costs of integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC). It has opened up a new way for the commercial application of this technology. Coal gasification, as an important part of clean coal technology, plays a leading role. It converts cheap coal into clean syngas, boosting the cost leadership position of coal chemical products in the face of competition with petrochemical products.

(III) CSF can be made into fuel additive
CSF can be used to improve the caloricity and energy density of various cost-effective fuels such as gasoline and diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, alcohol ether and natural gas. Widely used in navigation, shipping, land transport, electric power, thermal force, military equipment and other industries to improve combustion efficiency, endurance and device power.

(IV) SRM can be converted into soil amendments
SRM is free from surface pollution, wide selection of source, low cost, and is rich in nutrients and trace elements required for plant/crop growth. It can be used as a key feedstock to make new fertilizers and soil amendments. The main advantages include:

  • By combining with existing fertilizers, after surface treatment and chemical synthesis, SRM can be used to prepare new fertilizers with obviously improved performance and reduced cost such as slow release fertilizer, compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer and natural mineral fertilizer;

  • After being activated, SRM can significantly improve soil structure, restore soil health, and effectively control the growth process of plants/crops, thereby improving their yield and quality.


The promotion and application of RMS Technology are expected to optimize and couple the four industries of coal, coal chemical industry, fertilizer and agriculture, upgrade and transform conventional industries and form new industrial chains, which will have an international demonstration effect and realize the revolution and revolutionary upgrades of conventional industries.
