微礦分離技術(shù)
微礦分離技術(shù)是一種從劣質(zhì)煤、洗選中煤、煤泥、洗選尾煤、煤矸石及其他煤炭加工過程固體廢棄物中通過特殊技術(shù)分離出清潔固體燃料/原料 (Clean Solid Fuel/Feedstock, CSF) 和土壤改良用礦物質(zhì) (Soil Remediation Minerals, SRM) 技術(shù),屬于世界領(lǐng)先技術(shù)。
其過程為:將煤炭破碎后,按照特殊可選擇性的粒度制成非均相流體;添加專用助劑于流體中,通過特殊分離裝置將可燃物、礦物質(zhì)組分最大程度的低成本分離。可燃物富含有機(jī)質(zhì)組分為低硫低灰的清潔固體燃料/原料;富含礦物質(zhì)組分是天然礦源的土壤改良礦物質(zhì)。
煤炭經(jīng)微礦分離后,變成兩種主要產(chǎn)品:
高熱值的清潔固體燃料/原料 (CSF)。富含有機(jī)質(zhì)組分,為低硫低灰的清潔固體燃料,可用于制備超凈高能燃料/原料或用于制備高價(jià)值的碳基材料,結(jié)合RevGas?等氣化技術(shù)亦可加工成一種用于提高汽柴油、煤(航)油、燃料油、醇醚、天然氣等各種高性價(jià)比燃料熱值和能量密度的燃料添加劑等,對(duì)應(yīng)產(chǎn)品名稱為RevFuel?。
天然礦源土壤改良用礦物質(zhì)。富含礦物質(zhì)組分,包含植物生長(zhǎng)所需的重要營(yíng)養(yǎng)礦物質(zhì)及微量元素,簡(jiǎn)稱土壤改良用礦物質(zhì) (SRM)。該物質(zhì)經(jīng)一系列化學(xué)及生化活化處理過程可生產(chǎn)一種新型的、富含微量元素礦物質(zhì)及有機(jī)質(zhì)的土壤礦物改良劑 (Soil Remediation Amendment, SRA);土壤改良用礦物質(zhì)可與氮磷鉀等經(jīng)表面處理及化學(xué)合成可制成新型農(nóng)用緩釋肥料,對(duì)應(yīng)產(chǎn)品名稱為RevSoil?。
解決傳統(tǒng)制漿原料煤選擇受限問題:該技術(shù)可用于劣質(zhì)煤、洗選中煤、洗選尾煤、煤泥、煤矸石及其他煤炭加工過程固體廢棄物轉(zhuǎn)換為高性價(jià)比的清潔固體燃料/原料,提高煤炭利用效率,變次為好,變廢為寶。有望解決我國(guó)煤炭資源化利用的結(jié)構(gòu)性問題,在煤炭提質(zhì),將劣質(zhì)煤炭提升為優(yōu)質(zhì)煤炭方面將更加實(shí)用。
解決傳統(tǒng)水煤漿的污染物控制問題:制超凈高能燃料/原料前將污染物分離,從源頭上解決傳統(tǒng)水煤漿燃燒造成的環(huán)境污染因素;該技術(shù)可降低或減少原煤污染物60-90%。
解決傳統(tǒng)水煤漿的綜合成本問題(包括制造、應(yīng)用成本等):可將傳統(tǒng)水煤漿中清潔固體燃料的濃度普遍提高,最高可達(dá)75%;在同等成本情況下,超凈高能燃料/原料的熱值較傳統(tǒng)水煤漿提高10-25%;制超凈高能燃料/原料前分離出來的SRM作為再生資源利用,產(chǎn)生附加價(jià)值。
RevTech Minerals Separation Technology is a world-leading technology that is able to separate Clean Solid Fuel/Feedstock (CSF) and Soil Remediation Minerals (SRM) from both high-quality coal, low-quality coal, and washed middings, slimes, tailings, gangues and other solid wastes in coal processing industries.
There are two major products from the RevTech Minerals Separation process:
One is Clean Solid Fuel/Feedstock (CSF) with high calorific value, rich in organic matters, with characteristics of low sulfur and ash content. It can be used to prepare high-performance CWS fuels for boilers or feedstock slurry for gasification in coal chemical industry. It can also be used to make carbon-based material of high-value, or processed into a kind of fuel addictive in order to improve the calorific value of various high cost-effective fuels, such as gasoline, diesel, coal based aviation oil, fuel oil, alcohol ether, natural gas, etc.
The other one is the natural minerals for soil remediation, which is rich in mineral components and contains important nutrients and trace elements required for plant growth, referred to as Soil Remediation Minerals (SRM). The material can produce a new type of Soil Remediation Amendment (SRA) rich in trace element minerals and organic matter through a series of chemical and biochemical activation processes. Minerals for soil remediation can be made into new agricultural slow-release fertilizers by surface treatment and chemical synthesis with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
Solve the problem of limited selection of coal source for slurry coal feed -- The technology can be used to convert inferior coal, washed middling coal, washing tailings, slimes, gangues and other solid wastes in coal processing into cost-effective clean solid fuel/feedstock so as to improve coal utilization efficiency, change inferior into quality products, and turn waste into valuables. It is expected to solve the structural problems of China's coal resource utilization, and it will be more practical in upgrading coal quality and upgrading inferior coal into high-quality coal. Solve the problem of pollutant control in conventional CWS -- Separate the pollutants before preparing RevFuel, and solve the environmental pollution factors caused by the conventional coal water upgrading inferior coal into high-quality coal slurry combustion from the source. This technology can reduce or decrease raw coal pollutants by 60-90%. Reduce the comprehensive cost of conventional CWS, including manufacturing, application costs, etc. -- The concentration of CSF in the slurry could be generally increased in comparison with conventional CWS, up to 75% in maximum. At the same production cost, the caloricity of RevFuel is 10-25% higher than that of conventional CWS. The SRM could be used as a renewable resource to generate added value.
The use of SRA is expected to achieve the coupling of fertilizer industry and green agriculture, greatly improve the fertilizer application efficiency, enable organic growth of crops, improve the nutrient content and yield of agricultural and sideline products, change fertilization mode of agriculture, and further to restore soil health. At the same time, it can reduce the decomposition and escape of ammonia during the use of nitrogen fertilizer, which has potentially positive effect on treatment of smog.
Using RMS Technology can break through the three major development bottlenecks of conventional CWS (Coal Water Slurry) industry.
